Which countries are listed for shipping?
The FAQ lists fast shipping to most countries such as Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Luxembourg. Ukraine is listed as unavailable.
How much is shipping?
The policy lists free shipping over €60 to most countries such as Germany, Austria and Belgium; orders under €60 carry a €20 fee.
Can I track my order?
The FAQ says a tracking number is sent after shipment and can be checked through 17track.net.
How do I cancel an order?
The FAQ and returns policy state that cancellation is free within 48 hours; shipped orders cannot be cancelled under those terms.
